Dispersion Effect Photoshop

Dispersion effect is created by me on photoshop.

How to give dispersion effect in photoshop ?

First step: Take or select a image that you want to make dispersion in photoshop selection of image is very hard part of work because image makes you work more wonderful to always take perfect image.

Second Step: To make dynamic look use nik collection. You get in filter.

Third Step: Again use filter and use liquefy than stretch the image than press ok.

Forth Step: Use layer mask and brush to give dispersion effect (white foreground color make you mask visible and black foreground color erase you layer mask)

Fifth Step: Again use filter for color tone adjustment you can use camera raw filter or nik collection or any other color adjustment plug-in.
